2. The said humanitarian assistance consisted of rice, canned food, instant noodles, biscuits, milk powder, blankets, adult and children clothing. Among those who were present during the handing over ceremony were officials from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC), Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Embassy of Malaysia in Manila and a team of various Government officials from Malaysia headed by Mr. Nazrul Fazami bin Mohamad, National Security Council, Malaysia. 3.
