SENI-SKWELA is a cross-cultural art program for young artists and educators, blending the Bahasa Melayu word “Seni” (Art) and the Tagalog word “Skwela” (School). Designed to foster cultural exchange between Malaysia and the Philippines, SENI-SKWELA promotes dialogue, creativity, and a deeper understanding of shared heritage. Through this platform, youth and educators can collaborate, develop leadership and cultural awareness, and strengthen Malaysia-Philippine relations. The first leg was launched in February 2024 to celebrate National Arts Month in the Philippines.
