The Malaysian community in the Philippines had a get-together event known as “Sepetang Bersama Rakyat Malaysia” at Heritage Hotel, Manila, on 22 November 2014. The event was an annual gathering organised by the Embassy of Malaysia with the objective to further strengthening camaraderie and Malaysian spirit among fellow Malaysians. More than 150 Malaysians attended the gathering in a casual and friendly atmosphere. In addition to the variety of Malaysian dishes served during the event, photo booth, face painting, kiddie’s salon, and glitter tattoo were also set up for kids.
