His Excellency Faizal Razali, Ambassador to the State of Qatar, participated in the 71st ASEAN Committee in Doha (ACD) Heads of Missions Meeting on 6 February 2025. The meeting, chaired by Ms. Sumaya Baqavi, Chargé d'Affaires of Singapore and Chief of ACD for 2024, marked His Excellency Faizal Razali first attendance at an ACD meeting. During the session, the ACD reviewed the activities conducted under Singapore's chairmanship. The meeting concluded with a handover ceremony, transferring the chairmanship of ACD for 2025 to the Royal Thai Embassy
