On 21 May 2026, the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) Secretariat organised the 3rd Africa Day Celebration and GECF Workshop under the theme “Bridging Natural Gas Exports with Domestic Utilisation in Africa”.
Mrs Zebine Nissa Bt Sarfraz, Counsellor / Head of Chancery, attended the session as Malaysia is an Observer Nation to the Forum.
The Guest of Honour for the event was HE Ekperikpe Ekpo, Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Gas) of Nigeria.
