Consultation session with the Romanian Ministry of Justice

The Second Round of negotiations on the Treaty between the Government of Malaysia and Romania on Mutual Assistance in criminal matters (MLA); and Treaty between the Government of Malaysia and Romania on  Extradition was convened from 26-29 March 2018 in Bucharest. Malaysian delegation was headed by Mrs. Wan Nor Sakina Saad, Head of the Transnational Crime Unit, Prosecution Division, Attorney General's Chambers of Malaysia; and Romania's side was headed by Mrs. Viviana ONACA, Director of the Directorate International Law and Judicial Cooperation, Ministry of Justice of Romania.
