A group of 9 Malaysian bikers arrived in Romania on 24th June 2012 as part of their scheduled stop of their Euro Ride 2012 Motorrad tour of Europe.
Bucharest is their third pit stop in a journey covering a total distance of 6600 km, traversing 11 countries from Istanbul to Bucharest, Budapest, Bratislava, Prague, Munich, Milan, Thonon-les-Bains (Switzerland), Paris, Barcelona and ending up in London.
The convoy departed Bucharest on 25th June 2012 and was flagged off from the Embassy by Mr. Mohd. Fareed Zakaria, Charge d’Affaires a.i.
