Small But Joyful Raya Celebration in Bucharest

In conjunction with the Eid Mubarak festival, the Ambassador of Malaysia, H.E. Datin Paduka Halimah Abdullah hosted an open house for Malaysians living in Bucharest as well as friends of Malaysia from different nationalities on 1 October 2007. The open house was held at the Official Residence from 1.00 – 5.00 pm and the guests were served with the spread of traditional delicacies. The auspicious occasion has not only strengthened the sense of solidarity among Malaysians living in Bucharest but also fostered closer relations with local dignitaries, diplomatic corp and business community.
