The opening ceremony of the World Embassies Festival 2018 was held on 3 September 2018 and was officiated by H.E. Mrs. Ana Birchall, Deputy Prime Minister for Implementing Romania's Strategic Partnerships. It was heald at ARCUB, a cultural centre located in the heart of the Old Town of Bucharest.
