COURTESY CALL BY THE DIRECTOR-GENERAL OF THE CUSTOMS AUTHORITY OF SUDAN, 3 OCTOBER 2018
The Director-General (DG) of the Customs Authority of Sudan, H.E. Major General Dr. Bashir Eltahir Bashir paid a courtesy call on Ambassador-designate to the Republic of the Sudan, Mohamad Razdan Jamil on 3 October 2018 at the Embassy of Malaysia. The main purpose of his visit was to seek assistance to resume training courses offered to their custom officers by Akademi Kastam DiRaja Malaysia (AKMAL). Ambassador-designate welcomed the idea and indicated that the Embassy will facilitate the said request and opined that the resumption of training would further certainly solidify further the existing relations between both countries. Other issues raised touched on customs regulations as well as training opportunities under the MTCP.
