COURTESY CALL ON HIS EXCELLENCY MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SUDAN, MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS, 22 SEPTEMBER 2018
The Malaysian Ambassador-designate to the Republic of the Sudan, Mohamad Razdan Jamil called on HE Al-Dirdeiry M. Ahmed, the Foreign Minister of the Republic of the Sudan at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 21 September 2018. He was accompanied by Mr Istaq Nadzril Abd Kader, Counsellor of the Embassy of Malaysia.
Both sides exchanged pleasantries and HE Al-Dirdeiry welcomed Ambassador-designate to Sudan. He then alluded that there are many avenues to improve relations between Malaysia and Sudan as well as opportunities to be explored. In response, Ambassador-designate thanked HE Al-Dirdeiry for the warm welcome and the opportunity to meet him shortly before the Minister departed for New York for the 73rd UNGA on the same day. Ambassador-designate agreed with HE Al-Dirdeiry that more can be done to improve bilateral cooperation between the two countries particularly on people to people exchanges.
