Education Malaysia Open Day was held at the Lebdah A Hall, Corinthia Hotel in Khartoum Sudan from 21 to 22 June 2014. It was held from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Ten (10) Malaysian Institutions were represented in the exposition namely Asia Pacific University, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, SEGi University, INTI University, MAHSA University, International Medical University (IMU), Universiti Malaysia Pahang, KDU University, HELP University and Universiti Teknologi Melaka (UTEM).

This year, the Training and Career Advancement Exposition under the SKILLS MALAYSIA INVITE was held together with the Education Malaysia Open Day. 8 Malaysian Training Centers participated in the expo namely BJ Beauty Academy, A Cut Above Academy, Silverspoon International College, The Otomotif College, Beaubelle Academy, Tech Terrain College, Berjaya University College of Hospitality and IKIP International College.
The Education Open Day received an overwhelming response with about 3,000 Sudanese visited the event.
