Travelers who wish to fly back to Malaysia need:
a. to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test within 3 days prior to departure and undergo 7 days quarantine at a designated centre.
OR
b. to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival and undergo 10 days quarantine at a designated centre.
Note: Ministry of Health Malaysia (MoH) informed through its letter dated 14 December 2020 that the quarantine period has been reduced from 14 days to 10 days. However, the authorities will make a decision whether the traveler will be on 10 days or 7 days quarantine subject to the completion of RT-PCR Covid-19 test upon arrival at KLIA.
