His Excellency Mohd Ashri Muda was accompanied by Mr. Deddy Faisal, Head of Chancery and Mr. Aznol Iswari, First Secretary. Present on Sudanese side was Minister of Presidential Affairs, Bakri Hassan Saleh, Sudanese Foreign Minister, Ali Ahmed Karti and senior government officials of the Republican Palace and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sudan. |

| Following the presentation of the Letter of Credence, His Excellency Mohd Ashri Muda had a courtesy call on President Omar Hassan Ahmad Al-Bashir. The discussion between the two sides touched on current status of bilateral relations between Malaysia and Sudan which is close and friendly. Both sides agreed on the needs to strengthen further the relations particularly on economic cooperation. |
