THE AMBASSADOR OF MALAYSIA MET WITH THE INTERNATIONAL LABOUR ORGANIZATION (ILO)
On Sunday, 13 February 2022, the Ambassador of Malaysia to the Republic of the Sudan, H.E. Mohamad Razdan Jamil, met with Mr. Mohammed Awad Elradi Hindi, National Project Coordinator and Dr. Ahmed Adam Mohd Nour, Social Dialogue Program Manager, International Labour Organization (ILO) at the latter's office.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss ILO's programmes as well as explore in what ways can both sides work together on community projects in Sudan. Some of the areas that can provide huge benefits to Sudan lies in developing renewable energy technologies particularly solar power. Ambassador also took the opportunity to share PETRONAS and Al-Manara Water Company's efforts that have contributed significantly to Sudan's communities such as ensuring safe drinking water and building of community based infrastructures for the use of the local communities.
In this regard, both sides looked forward to working together for the benefit of Sudan.
