Arrival of High Commissioner-Designate of Malaysia to Singapore, Dato' Ilango Karuppannan, and family on 23 April 2016.
Upon arrival, Dato' Ilango had an informal session with the Heads of Department of the High Commission, together with their respective spouses, and lunch thereafter.
