The Malaysian Chargé d’Affaires, Mrs. Carmallia Budiaty Che Embi, and her team attended the 7th Edition of Agro Belgrade 2026 on 29 January 2026, the largest fruit and vegetable trade fair in Serbia and the Western Balkans.
The event was attended by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, and NALED, featured exhibitors from Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania, Greece, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, showcasing agricultural machinery, processing equipment, plant nurseries, seeds, agrochemicals, irrigation and greenhouse systems, farm inputs, and digital farming solutions.
Agro Belgrade 2026 provided the Embassy’s representatives with an insightful overview of Serbia’s agricultural value chain and an opportunity to engage directly with exhibitors to explore opportunities for further expanding cooperation between the two countries, particularly in agriculture and bilateral trade.
