4 January 2017 – The Government of Malaysia is not extending the 12-month Visa Exemption Trial Period (i.e. from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016) for the Republic of Serbia’s passport holders.
As of 1 January 2017, Serbian citizens travelling to Malaysia will be required to have visa when entering the country, issued as per the procedures stated in the visa information section.
The Government of Malaysia is currently planning to introduce the e-Visa facility to the countries in this region, including Serbia, that would enable visitors to conveniently apply for the Malaysian visa on-line.

4. januar 2017. godine – Vlada Malezije nije produzila dvanaestomesecni bezvizni probni period (vazio od 1. januara 2016. godine do 31. decembra 2016. godine) za nosioce pasosa Republike Srbije.
Od 1. januara 2017. godine, srpskim gradjanima koji putuju u Maleziju ce biti potrebna viza prilikom ulaska u tu zemlju, a koja se izdaje u skladu sa procedurom objavljenom u odeljku za informacije o vizama ovog sajta.
Ambasada Malezije zeli da obavesti da Vlada Malezije namerava da uvede e-Visa platformu koja ce biti dostupna za zemlje u region, ukljucujuci Srbiju, sa ciljem da se omoguci posetiocima da apliciraju za malezijsku vizu on-line.
