Single entry visa

1. A valid passport (valid for more than 6 months)
2. 2 passport-sized photos,
3. A Completed application form
4. An invitation letter,
5. IC or Passport of Invitee
6. Confirmed return ticket (round trip ticket),
7. Accommodation 
8. Proof of sufficient funds to stay in Malaysia.

You must provide the documents as below:

Single Entry Visa with Reference

1. A valid passport (valid for more than 6 months)
2. Visa Approval Letter (from Immigration or MDEC)
3. Copy Passport
4. 2 passport-sized photos
5. A Completed application form

Multiple Entry visa

1. Flight tickets
2. Accommodation details
3. Bank Statement
4. Letter to the Immigration from the Company to request for the Multiple Entry Visa (MEV)
5. Letter of applying Multiple Entry Visa from the applicant to the Embassy
6. Offer Letter/ employment or business details
7. Business invitation letter
8. Previous records of the Malaysia entry
