Organised by the Chinese Taipei Paintball Game Association, supervised by Sports Affairs Council, Executive Yuan and R.O.C. Sports Federation, the 2010 Ambassador Cup Paintball Fellowship competition was held on 26 September 2010 at the Asia Pacific Paintball Recreation Club in Linkou Township, Taipei County.
The competition was participated by 11 teams from various organisation including from the Sports Affairs Council, Embassy of Guatemala in Taiwan, Australian Commerce and Industry Office, Canadian Trade Office in Taipei, Deutches Institut, and Hungarian Trade Office.
Mr. Lim You Rang, Acting Representative of the Malaysian Friendship and Trade Centre, Taipei attended the event. As there was no team from MFTC, Mr. Lim joined the ‘united nations’ team named ‘The Rebels’ with members from Malaysia, Guatemala and Czech Republic.
The Rebels was led by Mr. Carlos Avendaño of Guatemala. Other members of the team include Mr. Carlos Arturo Pascual Yaquian, Guatemala, Mr. Carlo Renato Fumagalli, Guatemala and Mr. Filip Jauce of Czech Republic.
After rounds of exchanging fires, team A of the Australian Commerce and Industry Office earned the honour of second runner-up, team The Rebels become the first runner-up while team Guatemala emerged champion.
