Pleasure to attend the "CHEF’S TABLE: A Culinary adventure with Taiwan Halal Ingredients" hosted by TAITRA on June 25, which showcased fusion culinary arts and Halal-certified ingredients from Taiwan.
The event featured three guest chefs, namely Chef Kuan-Min Chen of Taiwan, Chef Fikree Aznan of Malaysia and Chef Adie Miartadi of Indonesia. In his live culinary performance, Chef Fikree prepared Malaysia's 'asam pedas' using Taiwan's mala sauce as well as 'kuih ketayap'.
