Mr. William Wang, Director-General of Customs Administration led a delegation of five officers made a courtesy call to the Malaysian Friendship and Trade Centre, Taipei (MFTC) on 11 August 2010.
Members of the delegation include Ms. Lu Shou, Deputy Director, Department of Collection & Procedures, Directorate General of Customs, Mr. Chang Chihtung Section Chief, Department of Customs Administration, Mr. Billy Shyu Wen Hai Section Chief, International Affairs, Directorate General of Customs and Ms. Maggie Luo, Officer, Department of Customs Administration.
The delegation took the opportunity to update MFTC on initiatives of the Department in the post Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA) era as well as to propose closer cooperation between the authorities of both sides to facilitate trade.
