In recognition of Datuk Yong Teck Shing, President of MFTC Taipei significant contribution in cultural and academic exchanges between Malaysia and Taiwan, Chungyu Institute of Technology Taiwan conferred an Honorary MBA to Datuk Yong Teck Shing on 19 May 2014.
The conferment was presented by Mr. Lin Chin-Shui, the Chairman of Chungyu Institute of Technology. A brief ceremony was held in MFTC Taipei and attended by the President of Chungyu Institute and Technology, Dr. Liang Jung-Hui, Vice President Dr. Chen Chi-Hsiung, Mr. Tony Lin, Dean of International Affairs and Secretary Miss Chang Wan-Chung.
Wife of Datuk Yong Teck Shing, Datin Dona Chuan also attended the ceremony together with MFTC Taipei’s officials, Encik Mohammad Ali Selamat, Director of Economics, Encik Mohamad Shukri Nawi, Director of Visa Division, Puan Nur Azuwanis Mahmood, Director of General Affairs Division, Encik Razali Abd Rahman, Manager of MFTC and Puan Suziana Mohamad, Personal Assistant to the MFTC President.
