MFTC Taipei visited Shih Chen Foods on February 11th. Shih Chen Foods is the manufacturer of milk tea under the brand "3:15PM" in Taiwan. Established in 1991, "3:15PM" has become an internationally renowned Taiwanese must-buy souvenir and has received Halal certification for its products.
