As part of the outreach programme to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Malaysia and Ukraine in 2017, H.E. Datuk Ayauf Bachi, Ambassador of Malaysia to Ukraine made a presentation on Malaysia at the Directorate General for Rendering Services to Diplomatic Missions (GDIP) Media Centre on 25 April 2017.
H.E. Datuk Ayauf Bachi provided insights about Malaysia’s history, demography, political system as well as trade and economic performance. In addition, H.E. Datuk Ayauf Bachi highlighted the state of Malaysia-Ukraine bilateral relations today including the areas of cooperation between the two countries.
In the audience were university students, members of the media, representative from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine as well as several young Ukrainian entrepreneurs. H.E. Datuk Ayauf Bachi fielded questions from the participative audience about history, startup company and IT development in Malaysia.
