AMBASSADOR CHUAH MEETS RECTOR OF ODESSA NATIONAL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY
H.E. Mr. Chuah Teong Ban, Ambassador of Malaysia to Ukraine had a discussion with Prof. Mykola L. Aryayev, Senior Fellow at Odessa National Polytechnic University on 2 March 2012 during his Working Visit to Odessa.
Prof. Aryayev has been in charge of Malaysian medical students at the university for many years until the last batch of 3 medical students graduated last summer. He was happy with the positive nature of the Malaysian students being well behaved, hardworking, intelligent, and inquisitive as well as focused in their academic pursuit. He hoped to see Malaysian medical students coming back to the university to study medicines in the future when the issue of recognition of Ukrainian medical degree by Malaysian Medical Council is resolved.
After the discussion, H.E. Ambassador Chuah toured the campus and facilities of the university.
