Ambassador chuah Receives visit by executive director of asia europe institute, university of Malaya
Associate Prof. Dr. Md Nasrudin Md Akhir, Executive Director of the Asia Europe Institute (AEI) at the University of Malaya called on H.E. Mr. Chuah Teong Ban, Ambassador of Malaysia to Ukraine at the Embassy of Malaysia on 24 May 2012. Prof Dr. Nasrudin was on a working visit to Ukraine to promote Malaysia, particularly AEI as educational hub as well as center of excellence. During the call, H.E. Ambassador Chuah briefed Prof Dr. Nasrudin on the status bilateral education cooperation between Malaysia and Ukraine, profile of some renowned universities in Kyiv and educational policy of Ukraine.
During his visit to Kyiv, Prof Dr. Nasrudin would be meeting the Rector of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Acting Rector of National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Kyiv International Relations Institute, Institute of Euro-Atlantic Cooperation and National Institute for Strategic Studies to explore and discuss the possible scope of academic collaborations. He was also the key guest speaker at an educational seminar organized by the Embassy of Malaysia.
