On 22 January 2021, H.E. Ambassador Raja Dato’ Reza Raja Zaib Shah officiated the PERWAKILAN (Ladies Association of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia) Annual General Meeting at the Embassy of Malaysia in Kyiv. In his opening remarks, the Ambassador expressed his appreciation to PERWAKILAN for their efforts in organising events in 2020 despite the challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Ambassador also encouraged PERWAKILAN members to continue their engagement and activities in 2021 while observing the new norms. The Ambassador also emphasised the important role of PERWAKILAN in promoting Malaysia to Ukrainians as well as to the other diplomatic corps in Kyiv.
