The Sports Competition (Spartakiada) for Employees of Diplomatic and Consular Missions in Ukraine is back again for the 11th time in 2017. The event organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sport of Ukraine was held throughout the month of April. This year the Embassy of Malaysia in Kyiv participated in three games namely mini-golf, bowling and paintball – for which the Embassy of Malaysia took the first prize.
It was encouraging to see the participants being competitive and determined but also showing support and sportsmanship towards each other throughout the competition. For the diplomatic corps in Ukraine, the Spartakiada was a good blend of sports and fun.
