On Saturday, 23rd January 2021, H.E. Ambassador Raja Dato’ Reza Raja Zaib Shah and his wife, Datin Roslina Ismail joined other staff from several foreign embassies in Kyiv to participate in a cross-country skiing activity organised by GDIP Sports and Diplomatic Club held at Trukhaniv Island, Kyiv. The participants, mostly beginners, skied their way through some picturesque trails, enjoying the beautiful landscapes of Trukhaniv Island. Among the benefits of cross-country skiing : strengthens muscles, burns a lot of calories, improves cardiovascular fitness, endurance and health, and helps to relieve stress.
