As part of the Malaysian Embassy’s Kiev on-going efforts of providing its’ Home-Based (HBS) and the Locally recruited staff (LRS) with all the necessary human resources (HR) skills in meeting with challenges and demands of the current working environment, a two-day training programme was held on 16 and 17 December 2013, at the Embassy’s chancery.
The HR’s skills areas covered were on the topics of Time Management and Motivation, conducted by the Smart Consulting company of Ukraine. The programme was attended by all the HBS and LRS, including H.E. Ambassador Chuah Teong Ban and well participated with the presentation of many specific topics in the HR skills’ area. Active group discussions and group dynamics were also presented, as part of the training exercise modules. Valuable inputs and insights on the topics of discussions were acquired by the course participants.
The Malaysian Embassy personnel were awarded with the Certificates of attendance at the end of the two day course.
