NATIONAL DAY RECEPTION
On Thursday, 24 September 2009, H.E Ambassador Dato' Abdullah Sani Omar and Datin Adida Rahimah hosted the National Day Reception in Kiev.
The event, held in a hall of Ivan Honchar Museum, was attended by more than 200 guests who include members of the diplomatic corps, Ukraine's Government officials, expatriates and officials of international organizations, representative of social and religious organizations, media representatives and academicians.
The event went smoothly and was a success considering the good size of the crowd. Due to difficult economic situation and financial constraints, the event was organized in a medium scale but it managed to create a sizable crowd who enjoyed the evening.
