On Sunday, 22 February 2009, a special function was held at the Ambassador’s Residence to confer Pingat Pangkuan Negara (PPN) from SPB Yang di-Pertuan Agong to Mr Nordin Ismail, the Third Secretary of the Embassy. The function was attended by the Embassy officials, an official from the Embassy of Indonesia and Malaysian students in Kiev.
