The Consul General of Malaysia, Mr. Nekmat Ismail officiated the opening of the Global Leadership Outreach Program organized by the Higher Education Leadership Academy (AKEPT) in collaboration with Education Malaysia Los Angeles. The programme was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in San Pedro, California from 10-12 May 2013. Over 70 Malaysian students from few universities in the western region of the United States participated in the event.
Among others, AKEPT’s strategy is to facilitate and promote the development of an insightful and innovative learning and teaching practices, leading to the discovery of new knowledge.
