Starting from May 1st, 2021, the use of Letter of Undertaking (LOU) will be abolished for travellers at the international gateway. However, travellers entering Malaysia from Singapore by road still need to submit an application for admission through the myPASS system.
Other existing entry requirements such as visa requirements, PCR testing, mandatory quarantine conditions, and entry approval through MyEntry/MyTravelPass and existing conditions for business travellers under the MIDA OSC are still in force.
