In tandem with the objectives of branding Malaysia through its cuisine and encourage patronage at local Malaysian restaurants in Los Angeles, Malaysian Celebrity Chef, Mr. Jaafar Onn demonstrated his skills in cooking Malaysian dishes at the Belacan Grill Restaurant in Tustin, Orange County, California on 29 and 30 August 2012. The program was well organized by MATRADE Los Angeles.
