The Malaysian Association of Southern California (MASC) hosted its annual Thanksgiving dinner for its members at Mrs. Pek Ean Chong residence in Pasadena, California on Thursday, 22 November 2012.
The event provided an opportunity for MASC to show its appreciation to all its members for their year-long support to the association.
The Consul General of Malaysia in Los Angeles and family were honored to be the special guest for the evening.
Thanksgiving is a public holiday and celebrated throughout the United States. The Malaysian community in southern California usually celebrates the occasion by hosting a special dinner with family and friends. Special menu for the occasion would be a roasted turkey with cranberry sauce coupled with other dishes of their own choice.
