In conjunction with her working visit to Portland, Consul General Anil Adenan visited Oregon State University, accompanied by Mr. Mahfuz Ramli, Consul (Education) at Education Malaysia Los Angeles.
She met with Ms. Rachel Fahrenbach, Director of International Programs at the College of Forestry, which is recognized as one of the world’s top forestry institutions — ranked No. 1 in the United States and No. 2 globally. The College has an ongoing collaboration with the Department of Forestry Sabah, where 15–18 students participate annually in a conservation program in Sabah — a partnership that has thrived for the past eight years.
Consul General Anil Adenan also met with several Malaysian students at OSU over lunch, engaging in a warm conversation about their educational experiences and overall well-being.
