The Chief Minister of Melaka, YAB Datuk Seri Hj. Mohd. Ali Bin Mohd. Rustam was on a working visit to Los Angeles and San Francisco, California from 10-12 July 2012. His delegation met with Mr. Steven Craig, CEO and founding partner of the Craig Realty Group and his executive team. Craig Realty Group is a full-service real estate development company that produces upscale factory outlet centers in the United States of America. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop a Factory Outlet Mall in Melaka was signed between Yayasan Melaka and Craig Realty Group during the visit. YAB Datuk Seri and delegation spent the following day in San Francisco to study the Golden Gate Boat Cruise as part of the Melaka State Government's efforts to upgrade the tourism product at the Melaka River.
