Tan Sri Zainal Rahim bin Seman was in New York from 26 to 28 December 2017 for a working visit. All the home based staff and Malaysian students had the opportunity to interact and exchange their views on various issues with the Director-General.The Director-General also received a briefing on consular and immigration related matters in New York from the Consulate General.
