Birth/Marriage Certificate Registration

Malaysians residing in the following states should submit their registration of birth and marriage applications to the Consulate General of Malaysia in New York:

Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin.
