On 8 December 2025, Ambassador Tan Sri Shahrul Ikram received a courtesy call from two U.S. Marine Corps Officers; Major Mark E. Peterson Jr. and Captain Tiana Winstead.
The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on bilateral cooperation and ongoing engagements between Malaysia and the U.S., particularly in the defense sector. The Embassy looks forward to continued collaboration and dialogue with our partners in the U.S. Marine Corps.
