On 13 August 2025, the Embassy of Malaysia, together with its Police Attaché Office, participated in the FBI International Night held at the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
Malaysia’s booth showcased its rich cultural heritage, featuring traditional crafts and offering guests a taste of Malaysian delicacies.
Two senior officers from the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), Superintendent Tonny Anak Lunggan and Deputy Superintendent Mohd Nasrun Firdaus Bin Azmi, are currently attending the prestigious 7-week FBI National Academy Course, Session 295.
The annual participation in the FBI National Academy underscores Malaysia’s commitment to advancing policing standards, enhancing cross-border cooperation, and contributing to global security efforts, while at the same time strengthening the defence and security cooperation between Malaysia and the USA.
