The Honorable Dato' Seri Ahmad Husni bin Mohamad Hanadzlah, Minister of Finance II, conducted a working visit to Washington D.C. from 23 to 24 September 2011. He was accompanied by senior officials from the Ministry of Finance. During the visit, the Minister attended the Annual Autumn World Bank-International Monetary Fund Meeting 2011 as well as held meetings with senior officials from the Japan Bank for International Cooperation. He also attended the Signing Ceremony of the ASEAN Infrastructure Fund and the Informal ASEAN Finance Ministers Meeting. During the visit, TYT Dato' Sri Dr. Jamaludin Jarjis, Ambassador of Malaysia to the U.S., also hosted a dinner in honor of the Minister of Finance II and delegation at the Official Residence on 23 September 2011. On 24 September 2011, the Minister was the Guest of Honor at the MARA Students Hari Raya Open House held at the residence of the MARA Director in Vienna, Virginia.
