15042025 His Excellency Ilham Tuah Illias, Ambassador of Malaysia, officiated the Flag-Off Ceremony for the Malaysian Cyclist Expedition led by Mr. Ahmad Mohd Isa who departed to Samarkand from Tashkent. The event marked the beginning of a significant journey aimed at promoting national pride and sportsmanship on an international platform. In a show of unity and support, the Malaysian Equestrian Team was also present at the ceremony, with athlete Ms. Arysha Haya Kanda representing the team and lending her encouragement to the cyclist. Their presence underscored the spirit of camaraderie and collaboration among Malaysian athletes across different sporting disciplines.
