020424 Meeting with Mr. Oybek Egamberdiev, General Director, Bureau for Servicing Diplomatic Corps of the MFA of Uzbekistan. The Bureau organised tour visits for the diplomatic corps, in which HE participated in 3 of them. His Excellency Ilham Tuah Illias informed the meeting that he is pleased with the well organised tour programmes. The visits allow diplomats to learn quickly about the social, cultural and economic situation of the country. This helps in identifying key areas in which both countries can benefit from cooperation. The trips are also a best way to make new friends from diplomats to local entrepreneurs/people to Mayors and Governors.
