Meeting with the Advisor of the Academy of the Public Administration

On 1 November 2016, Mr. Park Moon Kyu from the Academy of the Public Administration (APA) of the President’s Academy called on H.E. Ambassador Dato’ Nor’Aini Abd Hamid. Mr. Park, an officer from the National Human Resources Development Institute of the Republic of Korea is currently being seconded to APA as the Advisor for Reform Programs, an idea mooted by the late President Karimov. Based on his experience and networking with Malaysian civil servants before, he would like to explore collaboration between APA and some reputable Malaysian institutions in the areas of public administration, government delivery system and best practices.
