Hamid had a meeting with the representatives from the Istedod Foundation under the President of Uzbekistan's Office on 15 June 2017 to discuss cooperation on education. They were the Foundation's Executive Director, Mr. Abdunadi Pardaev and his Deputy Director, Mr. Zafar Mukhrumbaev.
