25082025 His Excellency Ilham Tuah Illias, Ambassador of Malaysia, attended the Pre-Opening Ceremony of the Malaysia-Uzbekistan Higher Education Consortium Office, hosted by Sultan Idris Education University (UPSI). The event marked a significant milestone in strengthening academic collaboration between Malaysia and Uzbekistan, particularly in the fields of higher education, research, and capacity building. The Consortium Office is expected to serve as a platform to foster joint programmes, student and staff exchanges, as well as collaborative initiatives between UPSI and partner universities in Uzbekistan.
