The Embassy of Malaysia in Tashkent organized a gathering for the alumni of the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program (MTCP) on 18 May 2017. Around 70 alumni from all over Uzbekistan attended this event.
In this year's gathering, we held a round-table session for the alumni to share their experience and precious memories during their short stint in Malaysia. We were also delighted to listen to their success stories on how the MTCP courses have benefited them in their respective careers.
The evening's event was concluded with a feast of the fusion of Malaysia's and Uzbekistan's food i.e. chicken satay (specially air-flown from Malaysia), mi goreng "mamak" (fried noodle), plov, salad and desserts.
